​During the lockdown, while the world was physically separated, hearts were coming closer through technology. After the miracle of Saheb’s recovery, Radhika didn't sit idle. She called her son and told him everything. She wanted him to realize that his mother was not just working a job, but she was gaining the power to change lives. Seeing his mother’s confidence on the video call, the son felt a sense of pride. He started feeling that if his mother could fight a global pandemic and such a severe illness of her boss, she could definitely take him out of his 'jail' too. Meanwhile, the news of Saheb’s recovery started spreading among other department employees via phone calls. Radhika was becoming a 'hope' for everyone in those dark times.

​लॉकडाउन के उस दौर में जब दुनिया शारीरिक रूप से दूर थी, तकनीक के जरिए दिल करीब आ रहे थे। साहब की रिकवरी के चमत्कार के बाद, राधिका चुप नहीं बैठी। उसने अपने बेटे को वीडियो कॉल किया और उसे सब कुछ विस्तार से बताया। वह चाहती थी कि उसका बेटा यह महसूस करे कि उसकी माँ सिर्फ नौकरी नहीं कर रही, बल्कि वह लोगों की जिंदगी बदलने की ताकत हासिल कर रही है। वीडियो कॉल पर माँ का यह आत्मविश्वास देखकर बेटे के मन में भी एक गर्व का अहसास हुआ। उसे लगने लगा कि अगर उसकी माँ एक वैश्विक महामारी और साहब की इतनी बड़ी बीमारी से लड़ सकती है, तो वह उसे भी उस 'जेल' से जरूर बाहर निकाल लेगी। इसी बीच, फोन कॉल्स के जरिए विभाग के दूसरे कर्मचारियों में भी साहब के ठीक होने की खबर फैलने लगी। राधिका उस अंधेरे वक्त में सबके लिए एक 'उम्मीद' बनती जा रही थी।
