 English Translation:

English Translation:

"Now, no light remains in these eyes. The lips that once yearned to smile with them have fallen silent forever. The ones I considered friends more precious than life itself, have today turned unfaithful, heartless, and deceitful."

English Translation:

"My prayer is: May you stay happy in your life, may God grant you a thousand joys. I shall never return again; this is my final message to you. This soul kept yearning for someone's love all through life. The belongingness these eyes searched for an eternity... was never found, and a whole lifetime perished in this single hope

कि यार का जनाज़ा उनके बगल से गुज़र गया।

​जब खबर लगी, तो वो कब्र पर आए रोने को,

पर अफ़सोस...

पूरी ज़िंदगी तो बस इंतज़ार में कट गई।

​अब इन आँखों में कोई रोशनी बाकी नहीं,

जिन लबों ने चाहा था उनके साथ मुस्कुराना,

आज वो लब हमेशा के लिए खामोश हो गए।

​जिन्हें माना था दोस्त अपनी ज़िंदगी से बढ़कर,

आज वो बेवफा, बेक़दर और बेईमान हो गए।

​मेरी दुआ है:

खुश रहो तुम अपनी ज़िंदगी में, खुदा दे खुशियाँ हज़ार आपको,

हम न आएंगे दोबारा लौट कर, यही आखिरी पैगाम है आपको।

​जीवन भर तड़पती रही ये रूह किसी के प्यार में,

जिनकी तलाश इन आँखों को उम्र भर थी...

वो अपनापन कहीं न मिला,

और सारी ज़िंदगी इसी आस में फना हो गई।"
